DescriptionCoiled construction. Jar or "olla" with decoration in dark brown devil's claw or martynia. Self coiled rim. Design on flat base of 7 pointed star or flower with dark center. Body of jar in 3 zones: bottom has widely spaced vertical strips of narrow lines, alternating with wider solid lines which have 0 - 2 short lines along side; middle consists of zig zag of 3 lines; top to edge of rim has vertical stripes joined at base by block of solid brown (between points of zig-zag). Shape: slightly flaring sides, wide shoulder, narrow neck, flared rim.
