DescriptionThe sword blade has two waves near the base of it. The bottom widens on one side to a triangular point that protects the thumb and wrist that would otherwise be exposed. On the other side, it immediately tapers to a decorated edge. The triangle's top edge is jagged. Where the base of the blade attaches to the handle is a band of metal that loops over both of the base features to secure them. The loops are decorated. The handle itself is bone/horn? wrapped with leather. A metal decorated band secures the bottom of the leather wrap and the end of the handle is bone, which curves on the underside around the little finger and is decorated on the top side. The scabbard is wood, slightly tapered toward the square base, and cut at the top to fit around the blade base protrusions. It's held together by string wrapped around the bottom of the base. There is a band of green around the middle and the top and bottom are held together w/ ribbon marked "Cambell collection".
