DescriptionThe urn-shaped, footed jar has a 5-tiered, tapering lid- both have bencharong polychrome enameled 'five colored' wares: red, yellow, green, and blue enamel, and the topmost knob is in russet. Enamel decorations of leaf and floral patterns in bands run from bast to top. 'Quatrefoil motif' is interspaced with floral and leaf forms around the largest, central band of the jar.
