DescriptionLarge woven basket which is round on top and square at bottom. Open weaving; basket can be seen through. Supported by a frame of sticks-2 criss-crossed across bottom, 1 bent into a square shape running along bottom edges, 4 vertically attached-1 to each corner, and 2 circular-shaped running along edge of top. The two sticks criss-crossed at the bottom of the basket are attached underneath near the point where they cross but actually come up into the basket in all 4 directions 8-9cm from each corner. Very thin strips woven horizontally around the basket in 2 places, and wrapped around each circular stick at top of basket to secure them. No cover or handles.
