DescriptionLone, thin rounded black stone tool becoming thinner at ends. Each end has a somewhat flat section. Very smooth; smoother than 7M and 5M; similar objects. 2 separate sections of grooves ascending from one end; in one section, 4 horizontal grooves next to one another each anout 8 cm in length, and in another section (opposite side) a pattern of fine criss-crossing made by the intersection of 29 vertical grooves and 8 horizontal grooves. This pattern forms a rectangle of about 2cm x 8cm. Donor list implies that grooves are used for making bark-cloth. Measurements calculated from horizontal positioning.On View
