DescriptionCeremonial bustle with streamers of eagle feathers attached to strips of brown wool. Woven sash is multi-colored. The "hide" of a bird (eagle), complete with beak is attached to the back of the bustle, and has attached wings which project outward; small bells attached to quilled streamer.
