DescriptionHardwood stem (white ash), upper half with carved spiral twists, lower half flattened in cross-section. Cylindrical centerpiece decorated with brass tacks. Catlinite T-shaped bowl, round in cross-section, with anterior projection of stem base. Tall straight bowl portion, tapered, fire-blackened borings. See accession card for drawing.On View
