DescriptionConsists of: 1. Breastplate with thigh guards 2. Armored sleeves 3. Shoulder guards. Breastplate: studded metal breast and back coverings with lacquered leather fittings. The thigh guards are made of lacquered leather and are attached to the armor by navy blue cord. The thigh guards themselves are strips of the lacquered leather, connected together by white cord. Sleeves: chain mail with some black cloth, cover the entire arms. The hands are covered by metal and leather gauntlets. Shoulder guards: strips of lacquered leather held together by white cords. The armor is somewhat rusted and dirty. The inside of it shows signs of melting. It appears that the breastplate, sleeves and shoulder guards should be connected into one suit, but except for a poor job of rewiring the left sleeve on, they are not.
