DescriptionBasket of spruce root, twined construction with orange (probably once red) designs in "false embroidery." Narrow band of parallelograms at rim, two broad bands of hourglass-shaped motifs and [see card for image] motifs, Knotted coiled start. Handle of twisted fiber is attached to two loops of soft cotton fabric sewn at the inside edge of the basket.
