DescriptionKiwo drum, Taishan, China. Hide covering both sides, held down by large nails. A different dragon painted on each side, surface is lacquered. Two metal rings are on each side for hanging. Marked "Made in China," indicating it was made for tourist trade. Chinese student says this is not a very valuable drum.
