DescriptionSilver shawl pin. The pin part consists of a fan-tailed bird, with long, sharp hand-made skipe at the back. To this is attached, on two fine chains, a cuttle-fish which is made in sections and bends on tiny metal wires. One has blue bead eyes. Origin unknown. Two cuttle-fish, one is round, one a bit flattened.
