DescriptionIdentified as both the "Crossed Peacock Feather" and the "Rayed Peacock Eye" patterns, this sauce dish features three primary patterns. One is a circle of large diamonds surrounded by a rope motif. This appears four times on the dish and alternates with a diamond of large diamond pattern, flanked by two small diamond patterned "sabers" that cross. At the top of each "saber" is a smooth oval. The center is rayed and the rim is scalloped. Piece is clear, pressed glass.
