DescriptionBottom 3/4 consists of red and white vertical strips on which appears a variation of the Lord's prayer and the words BUY UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT BONDS THIRD LIBERTY LOAN, all in black letters; the top 1/4 is blue and the words in black, MY SOLDIER; on either side just below these words are two airplanes in white; an oval shape with a mother and praying child is placed with one third in the upper section the rest in the lower; the name of the company is just below the central strip, THE MATTHEWS - NORTHRUP WORKS, BUFFALO, CLEVELAND AND NEW YORK; it is also NUMBER 13A in the lower left cornerOn View
