DescriptionBlack velvet dress with no waist. A belt of same material is slung around the hips, attached at either hip to a plastic shield shaped medallion ringed with multi-colored wooden beads. Natural color lace ruffle at neck and cuffs with five single rows of chain stitch worked in the lace in five different colors.
