The two tabs closest to the end of the strands are white lacework beads, one tab has one turquoise blue bead at the base of the triangle on both sides and the other tab has only one blue bead attached to one side of the base. The two lower triangular tabs are lacework white beads alternating with light and dark turquoise and slate blue beads. Attached to the white strands is an antelope horn covered in horizontal stripes of alternating turquoise blue and white beads.
