DescriptionTextile that was probably used after being assembled from a machine manufactured "Paisley shawl" It is made up of 3 layers; The top one being the shawl, lined with plain red wool twill, and an innerlining of printed cotton. Assembled by hand-stitching, and edged with a figured ribbon border of fairly recent vintage (synthetic fiber). Not shawl pattern-On View
