DescriptionA long horizontal yellow cotton banner, block-printed with a red print of hindi(?) text in two sizes all-over. Most of the words are enclosed in small cartouches surrounded by larger type. End borders along either side with larger text and alternating motifs of two sets of feet with dharma wheels on the soles, and suns (or dharma wheels?). To uncover the true purpose of this object, political or religious, one would need to get the text translated.
