DescriptionWooden shaft with hollowed out base for hook of spear thrower. Spear head also of wood, bound on to shaft with fiber and smeared with some kind of pitch to strengthen it. Barbed on one side only with seven barbs (one broken). Barbs carved out of same piece of wood as spearhead, leave head at 45 degree angle and then turned backward, running parallel to the shaft. Barbs increasingly larger form tip to base of spearhead.On View
