DescriptionBuffalo-hide strip forms shoulder strap attached to a central pocket composed of two buffalo-hide panels sinew-sewn on three sides. Red stroud flap (trimmed in dark blue) sewn to bottom. Front of bandolier fully beaded in white-core rose, green, yellow, white, dark blue, and translucent red on a light blue beaded ground. Design consists of decorative panels with rectangles, concentric squares, triangles, diagonals, hourglass designs and paneled borders. A pair of deerskin paint pouches were originally attached to lower corners of bandolier.
