DescriptionStraight, single bladed bayonet. Wooden handle, brass pommel. The blade is inscribed: "Mre d'Armes de St. Etienne Avril 1878." The handle is marked "78978" (actually on the gaurd). Metal scabbard, with bulb on end, marked "59232".
