DescriptionHead with portion of headdress remaining: 3 horizontal bands across forehead. 1 large ear plug. Upper portion of headdress above bands probably an owl or mariposa (butterfly). Mold-made buff clay with traces white slip or paint. Reverse slight concave, suggesting the original was possibly hollow, or an "adorno".
