DescriptionThe grey clay mask depicts a woman's face. The headdress is a braided knot, directly below which is a thin band of incised vertical lines which rather resemble bangs. On either side of the band lies two horizontal bands. The face has elongated eyes, a large nose, and an open mouth, within which are teeth. There are two earplugs on the figure. Probably an adorno off an urn; mold made; stylistically typical.
