DescriptionRectangular print, horizontally oriented. There is a ruler reproduced along the top edge of the print, which is bisected by a vertical yellow stripe. The left side of the print is mostly white with mottled gray all-over patterns and a stenciled word, "FORGOTT(EN)." Some letters are doubled in mirror reverse and partially erased. The right side of the print has black smudging and a collaged sandpaper triangle outlined in yellow, red, and blue. Other elements reproduced include a large blue splat shape, the words "forgott(en)" and "mother," and a blue human hand. Along the bottom edge of the print, text reads, "The two areas separated by the yellow stripe should never be united into one perception."On View
