DescriptionA small clay vessel with a rounded body, slightly conical neck, and round mouth (5.5 cm across). There is one handle attached on one end to the neck approximately 1 cm below rim, and at the other end attached to the shoulder of the vessel. The body is covered with a raised surface decoration of vines and leaves. The neck and handle are undecorated. There is an uneven glaze on the surface of the vessel - the interior is unglazed. The vessel is brown and there are areas of dark, purplish grey where there is no glaze. The glaze is a yellow/orange blend.On View
