DescriptionFragment from a vessel.

Broken off terracotta clay rooster head with decorative comb and wattles. The rooster's comb has a decorative band with holes beneath it that terminates in the curlicue design on the beak. Incised line on the beak to separate upper and lower parts. Wattles jut out beneath the beak. Two eyes - one protrudes outward, the other side is missing its eye. Three holes on the side of the rooster's head. Decorative band of curlicue designs on the remaining fragment of the rooster's body. Inside of the rooster's head is hollow.
