DescriptionChild's dress of buff challis de laine. The off shoulder neckline is finished in black buttonhole stitch with rows of black velvet ribbon. The short puffed sleeves are finished similarly. The waist has narrow pleats front and back. The skirt has eight double inverted pleats and is finished at bottom with deep scallops bound with black velvet ribbon.
