DescriptionA wheel suspended by 2 posts is attached by string to a spindle. When wheel is spun, the spindle rotates. Posts seem adjustable by wooden screws at bottom. Wooden stake base seems to be fitted to fit into something- possibly the other part of a spinning wheel. Has an orange paper label glued to one side that reads: "A Minor's Patent Warranted Accellerating Wheel Heads, made by S.S. Campbell and Sons, Chesterfield Fac'y N.H." and gives care instructions.On View
