DescriptionNarrow-necked jar with symmetrical globular shape, round bottomed with three small paw-like lugs at widest part. Cream-colored clay slipped in red and cream horizontaly bands on upper half, dark grey slip with negative circles on lower half; the whole is highly burnished. Two large chips missing from rim. The vaguely organic form and negative decoration look Pre-Classic despite label information. An attractive piece.On View
