DescriptionFaience amulet, pale blue-green, in the form of a post with four crossbars. Pierced through the back horizontally. Represents the tree trunk in which Isis concealed the body of her dead husband Osiris. Four crossbars indicate four cardinal points. Gave the deceased the power to reconstitute the body and become a perfect Khu (spirit) in the underworld.
