DescriptionOctagonal basket of bark with quill decoration of flowers or thistles on the side panels and an eight-pointed flower on the lid in green, white, purple, and red. Panels stitched into coils of grass. Coiled grass also used on floral base, shoulder rim, and rim of lid. Base, shoulder, and rim decorated with braided loops of darker roots (?), also two small loop handles at edge of shoulder. Souvenir/fancy basket for display.On View
