Chapter 261 (recto), caption beneath plant reads, "Deüfels abysz." Chapter 262 (verso), caption beneath plant reads, "Hünerderm nder mier." Hünerderm has been identified as Hühnerdarm or Gewöhnliche Vogelmiere, which translates, in English, as common chickweed (Latin binomial, Stellaria media).
