Top is tucked, trimmed with 3 rows of black velvet ribbon to imitate yoke. Has kangaroo pouch. Waist outlined in three rows of black velvet ribbon. Long straight sleeves with with pouf at top, velvet ribbon trim. Skirt gored with velvet ribbon trim. Cartridge pleated in black. Hooks up the back.On View
