DescriptionTall, rectangular box with cover that fits directly into bottom. Carved and painted throughout. Black creature (gecko?) with white eyes carved on top of the lid, sticking out. 2 white rats carved on either wide side of body. Opposite thin and thick sides identical. Throughout rest of body and lid, red background with flowers, leaves, and other shapes painted in yellow, green, white, and black. Bottom of box indented and then expands outward again in a pattern to support. Inner container of box is very small compared with outside. 2 small metal hooks/loops placed on either short side of box, one on top and one on bottom piece, 4 loops total. String is strung through loops and into hole on base to keep cover in place.On View
