DescriptionWood canoe paddle with handle decorated in black pigment with wavy lines. Handle extends down to paddle with rings of black pigment around shaft. Large flat paddle with black pigment and wavy lines at both ends. Black pigment line pattern in middle. Design some on both sides. Black paint (Genipa or Genipapa). Wood probably yaruru (Arawak).On View
