DescriptionWooden stirring paddle with ornamentation. Flat, tear drop shaped paddle with sets of four burned in circles. Circles also border at base of paddle and at top where they are separated with incised and burned stripes. At the top of paddle is a carved head with scarification mark on face and crown of hair. Paint or stain has dyed the wood darker on hair and facial features. Shaft of paddle is round.On View
