DescriptionCotton and camelid textile with maroon red background; the intricate rectangular design is worked in muted colors, outlined in black; maroon, white, faded blue/green and tan; wool weft - one edge has needle knit border of same colors done over a core of other fibers - possibly over edge of plain weave; *chain stitched edge whether separate application or not. Piece mounted vertically but should be shown horizontal.
