DescriptionProbably part of a theatrical costume. Headdress of openwork brass in three sections, the brass etched in foliate motif. Two hooks towards the back with white silk cord and tassel and a pendant of metal pieces wired together with glass beads. Vertical holder on inside front of "crown" and horizontal holder on outside of back. Brass crown with 3 petal-shaped sections, attached to round rim. Also 2 dangling ornaments of little brass floral shapes and different colored small beads.On View
