DescriptionEmpire style sofa of mahogany. The shaped arms form a scroll pattern ending in brass rosette ornaments. The molding on the edge of the arms is fluted. The base of the piece is plain, faced with mahogany veneer with a center panel of crotch mahogany banded in black with a narrow brass inlay. The base rests on four winged lions feet on casters. The molding along the back scrolls out and is faced with crotch mahogany and is divided into three equal sections by a raised molding. There are two sausage pillows of matching black horsehair upholstery.On View
