DescriptionBlack carved wood handle, wood tip. Black metal spokes covered with black silk. At top silk is gathered to ruffled around the tip. 5 cm. from the bottom edge of silk there is a simple open work decoration. A black tassle is attached to the handle 40.5 cm. above the bottom.On View
