DescriptionBlack leather (kid?). 4 straps across the vamp, the top one is secured with a button and is the only functional strap. Each strap has a black velvet ribbon in the center which serves as a bow. Each is held down with a silver buckle which is decorative. The straps are made of leather and elastic. Inside of shoe is lined with red leather. Brown leather soles.On View
