DescriptionMask carved of light colored hard wood. The finish on the mask is fine. The mask is of a woman's face with a labret in her lower lip. The paint on the mask is black, red and blue. The eyes and eyebrows are black, the ears and mouth are red. Various designs of typical Northwest Coast style are painted on the face in red and blue. Teeth are incised; three small holes drilled in outer edge of right ear; nostrils are open; small holes in centers of eyes which do not penetrate.On View
