DescriptionA square, striped cotton cloth, with borders of plain orange and an interior patterned with combinations of multi-colored stripes of varying widths, and two bands of ikat dyed elephants, longitudinal borders of geometrically patterned warp floats. The stripes and ikat design resembles some Orissan saris (see Lynton, pp. 93-103, and 107-115).
