DescriptionIntricately carved figures on black mountain goat horn comprise the handle which is secured to a taon, semi-translucent bowl section with three small rivets (possibly copper). Tip of handle is watchman's hat on dual faces, both of these face opposing sides perpendicular to the bowl portion. Exaggerted human face, facing forward next. This figure has long arms with fingers or possibly claws, and is notable for a classic inverted "U" form on either side. Remaining sequence of figures: possibly bear, human face or moon, frog, bear devouring frog, hawk, and human face with arms reaching around to the back. Sides of handle has three distinct humanoid faces at top, middle and bottome. Bottom face includes a full body. Handle is of mt. goat horn, bowl is of mountain sheep horn.
