DescriptionAlso known as "Little Dipper Clock." Dial is composed of three pieces that are mounted to a cylinder that has a washer attached to its base. Dial has a handle through which a string can be attached. Top of this handle has what appears to be an emblem. Back of dial has "F.R.B." "No. 65" and "1939" engraved on it.
