DescriptionCoal tongs made of cast iron. Stamped on one side of shears is "Cape May and N & Co."Object resembles a pair of tongs. The two handles have different sized holes through which one inserts their fingers. One side has a vine-like design, while the other has "CAPE MAY" and "N. & Co," each on a different handle. The sides of each of those words has a small vine-like design. A bolt holds together both handles. The ends of the handles, where objects are squeezed, are two separate semi-circle pieces.
