DescriptionSabre: split bone handle on bronze hilt base with single - edged steel blade. Hilt is cast bronze with beryl inlays, and features a raised pattern. Handle is attached to hilt with four iron rivets. Blade is steel, and features gold etched calligraphy on one side and a gold - etched floral pattern on the other. Scabbard: thin bronze construction made up of two joined sections. Raised relief designs and some simple scenes. Upper section encircled with enameled rings, turquoise, white and red. Small eyelet case into a left form on upper section. Lower section also enameled, with a cast lion's head at tip. Interior has split wood lining.On View
