DescriptionWoven basket similar shape as bowl. Strips run horizontally around the basket to give it shape. A vertical, slightly diagonal pattern is used over this. Beneath, is a side ways v-shaped pattern, and those alternate throughout. Two very small twisted handles (although too close to get one's fingers through to hold) extend from oppositer sides. One handle knotted around similar baskets of 1955.14.118 and 1955.14.117. On the level bottom, the pattern spirals inward in a coil.
