DescriptionA large piece of fine white muslin, block-printed with and all-over design of small flowers in sepia and black; narrow block-printed vine borders and pallav style end pieces with larger flowers suggest this length of cloth was intended to be used as an article of clothing, but it is too short for a sari, possibly a lungi or ohdini? There is an illegible black dye stamp on one end and the number "10058" is embroidered in chain stitch with metallic thread (now oxidizing) on the same corner. On View
