DescriptionRound piece of linen strengthened with plaster upon which in black ink is inscribed 6 horizontal bands of hieroglyphics and drawings with a border of hieroglyphics. 1st band of drawings: Nehebka (serpent god) offering his eye for Horus; Goddess with Eye of Horus for her head; the cow Isis-Hathor with Ankh hung around her neck; the 4 children of Horus. Second band: Nehebka offering his eye to Horus; Goddess; the boat of the moon with Thoth the baboon god. Two wide bands facing other way into center depict Gods Khepera (scaral) Horus (falcon) and Horus-Sept in boats; double faced god (sun rising and setting). God with ram's heads adored by apes is form of Khnemu-god of reproduction and molder of souls.On View
