DescriptionWooden spoon made from one piece of wood, tear-drop bowl, flat lip remains of blackening (pokerwork) on handle near bowl. Geometric relief carving in triangular, jagged pattern arranged in 3 rings, the middle one made up of 3 stripes, the two outer of 2 stripes each. Black stain darkens all except contrast triangles. Wood lacquered shiny except inside of bowl which appears duller.On View
